The problem, and the third option

There's a third option: extend your school to reach them.

When a pupil stops coping, schools usually reach for one of two levers, and both cost you. There is a better one.

  • Not Force. Pushing a pupil into a setting that isn't working dips attendance and climbs anxiety. We keep them learning on your curriculum, without the standoff.
  • Not Eject. Traditional AP is an ejection seat: it removes the problem from the classroom but lacks the therapy, data and integration to solve it, a silo off to one side. We plug into your school instead.
  • Retain, recover, reintegrate. The pupil stays genuinely included, with live qualified teaching, mentoring and therapy, and a real route back to the classroom.
  • You keep control. We are not a provider you send pupils away to; we are a system you plug in to make your school whole again.

All delivered live by qualified, experienced teachers — never AI, using best-in-class pedagogy from the USA, UK and Asia, with a live feedback loop of engagement, attendance and attainment data behind every session.

Together, that's Intelligent Inclusion Infrastructure.

One connected system — teaching, mentoring, therapy and live data — that lets a school or local authority retain, recover and reintegrate its most complex learners. The quiet, dependable system you hire to keep every learner learning, when life, logistics or limitations make it impossible to do alone.

Why it's different

A feedback loop, not a silo.

Most online providers drop in lessons and leave. Because our parts are connected, we don't just deliver content — we diagnose the barrier to learning and act on it.

Feedback loop

We diagnose, not just deliver.

Live engagement, attendance and attainment data — plus thorough observation of in-class performance — tell us when a learner needs more tutoring, mentoring or therapy. The data isn't admin; it's how we target support.

Systemic capacity

We hand you the keys.

With Blueprint, a school or LA can run its own virtual inclusion capability — your provision, your name, our infrastructure. We aren't just the driver; we built the vehicle.

How we hold the standard

Every lesson in the system is scored against its rubric.

This is what separates an inclusion system from "a login and a worksheet": each strand of teaching has its own scored rubric, and every teacher is observed monthly against it — each metric rated 1 (Inadequate) / 2 (Developing) / 3 (Established). Below threshold triggers a QA ticket, coaching and a re-observation. Tap a strand to see its real rubric.

Safe, assured, and proven at scale.

Trust-wide story · White Horse Federation

From fragmented AP to one trust-wide inclusion hub.

White Horse Federation had schools each running alternative provision separately — inconsistent support, duplicated cost, little visibility. They consolidated it into a single Purple Ruler Blueprint hub: 45+ Year 11 plus younger cohorts, 14 differentiated class groups, one stigma-free space with real-time data across the whole trust. "The purpose of this work is to reach the students nobody else could." — Tim James, SEND & Inclusion Lead.

Hear it for yourself

The people who've already done this, in their own words.

A trust that built one shared inclusion hub with us, and students who did not want to engage and now do. No dataset captures this the way they do.

Tim JamesSEND & Inclusion Lead · The White Horse Federation
Trust-wide story

One trust, one shared inclusion hub.

The White Horse Federation pooled its hardest-to-place children into a single Purple Ruler inclusion hub instead of separate, school-by-school provision: 60+ pupils, 14+ groups, belonging treated as the intervention, and 50–60% more cost-effective than going it alone. Tim leads it, and in a couple of minutes he explains, warmly and plainly, why it works.

“The purpose of this work is to reach the students nobody else could.”

In their own words: the students

No dataset captures what happens when a disengaged young person begins to engage. The students are more instructive than any metric.

“David”Student · Future Youth Zone
“I drove up to the street. I didn't even want to come closer… I feel like I'll learn more here. I really like it. They have skill — you feel like they know what they're doing.” He is now thinking beyond his GCSEs, towards sixth form.
“Jordan”Student · Future Youth Zone
“I was only meant to be at a four-week placement, but I was there for two months… super boring, just sitting in a room doing paperwork. Here, I like it more than mainstream. I want to go to uni.”
